Yan Junjie introduced that under the background of double carbon, the cement industry is facing tremendous pressure of energy saving and emission reduction, and the realization of green low-carbon energy saving in cement production is an important development direction of the cement industry. This is not only an inevitable requirement to deal with climate change and environmental problems, but also an important way to achieve high-quality development of the industry. Mullite bricks with
low thermal conductivity and special mullite bricks have excellent performance and broad market prospects. Taking 5000t/d cement kiln as an example, the application effect of mullite brick with low thermal conductivity in cement kiln is that the application area is 40 m to 70 m, the cylinder temperature of mullite brick is reduced from 330 ℃ to 280 ℃, and the coal consumption per ton of clinker can be reduced by 0.645 Kg. According to the design capacity of 1.5 million tons, 967.5 tons of coal can be saved, and according to the current coal price of 800 yuan/ton, the cost can be saved by about 770000 yuan.
