10, Jinyu Group issued a notice on the change of employee directors. On November 10, 2025, the board of directors of

the Company received the Letter on Recommendation of Employee Director of BBMG Corporation from the labor union of the Company. Ms. Hao Liwei ceased to be an employee director of the Company, and also ceased to be a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the board of directors. Recommend Mr. Kong Qinghui as the employee director of the seventh board of directors of the Company. Ms. Hao Liwei continued to serve as the president of Green Low Carbon Environmental Protection Technology Research Institute in Beijing Building Materials Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company.
