Su Tao believes that the following problems may exist in the outsourcing of roller press vertical mill in the cement industry:

Quality: The technical level of the outsourcer is uneven, which may not meet the quality requirements of the cement plant for the repair and maintenance of the roller press, such as the flatness and wear resistance of the repaired roller surface are not up to the standard. As a result, the equipment operation is unstable and the material extrusion effect is poor. In order to reduce the cost, the outsourcer may use inferior wear-resistant welding wire, which will affect the overall performance and service life of the roller press.

Time: When there are obstacles in communication and coordination, the outsourcer may not be able to respond to the maintenance needs of the cement plant in a timely manner, resulting in prolonged equipment downtime and affecting the production schedule. If the outsourcer undertakes multiple projects at the same time, there may be problems in resource allocation, and the maintenance work of the roller press can not be completed on time.

Cost: In addition to direct outsourcing costs, there may also be additional costs arising from communication, management, etc. If the terms of the contract are not clear, the outsourcer may increase the cost for various reasons, such as additional charges for "new problems" found in the maintenance process.

Taking a cement plant as an example, before using the prediction algorithm, the inventory management of welding wire was chaotic, and the situation of inventory backlog or shortage often occurred.
