After investigation and verification, The professional and technical personnel used by your unit to apply for the special grade of general contracting for construction projects and the corresponding design qualification (Grade A in the construction industry (construction engineering) and Grade A in the construction industry (civil air defense engineering)) are "Kangqiao Jiuxi Garden (Phase III) Underground Garage Area A", "Jiyuan Jianye City (West) 1 # Building", "Zhengshang Meiyu Mingzhu Phase I Building 6", The five projects of "Hexin Yuelong Garden Building 5" and "Dazheng Kunyuan Building 2" involve seven corresponding performances that are not true, and there are acts of obtaining qualification permits by deception.

The Ministry issued the Notification of Opinions on the Revocation of Administrative Licensing by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Jian Du Tuo Gao Zi [2024] No.112) in accordance with the law, which was signed and received by your unit on January 7, 2025, and then submitted a written statement. After study, the Ministry does not accept the statement.

According to Articles 69 and 79 of the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China and Articles 29 and 36 of the Regulations on the Qualification Management of Construction Enterprises, The Ministry has decided to revoke the administrative license of your unit for the special grade of general contracting for construction projects and its corresponding design (Grade A in the construction industry (construction engineering) and Grade A in the construction industry (civil air defense engineering)), and shall not apply for the administrative license again within three years from the date of revocation.

If you are not satisfied with this decision, your unit may apply to our Ministry for administrative reconsideration within 60 days from the date of receipt of this decision or bring an administrative lawsuit to the people's court within 6 months.
