On November 10, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guizhou Province issued the Announcement on the Capacity Transfer Scheme of the New Dry Process Cement Production Line with a Daily Output of 2000 Tons of Clinker of Guizhou Xingyi Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. The clinker capacity index of the production line will be transferred to the 3200 t/d clinker line of Zheng'an Southwest Cement Co., Ltd., with a replacement ratio of 1.5: The production capacity of Zheng'an Southwest Cement 3 200 t/d clinker production line will be changed to 4 033 t/d.

On November 10, the Guizhou Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on the Capacity Transfer Scheme of the New Dry Cement Production Line with a Daily Output of 2000 Tons of Clinker of Guizhou Xingyi Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. The clinker production capacity index of the production line will be transferred to the 3200 t/d clinker production line of Zheng'an Southwest Cement Co., Ltd., and the replacement ratio is 1.5: 1. After the production capacity is supplemented, the capacity of the 3200 t/d clinker production line of Zheng'an Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. will be changed to 4033 t/d.
