On November 7, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Huainan City, Anhui Province, issued the "Announcement on the Transfer Plan of Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd. with a daily output of 4500 tons of cement clinker ".
The replacement plan shows that the 4500t/d clinker production capacity of Huainan Shunyue Cement is all used in the Conch Cement Project, of which 2000t/d is used in Wuhu Conch and 2500t/d is used in Suzhou Conch, with a replacement ratio of 2:1.
According to the previous announcement of China Cement Network, two clinker lines of Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd. have a total capacity of 4500 t/d. Due to government planning reasons, the production line has been shut down. It was originally planned to build a new 4500 t/d clinker line in another place. After that, the announcement of capacity replacement was cancelled and no construction was carried out.
In September, Huainan Shunyue Cement Co., Ltd. listed and transferred the production capacity index of 4500t/d cement clinker, with a base price of 84.375 million yuan .
According to the latest news, the project was sold at a base price of 84.375 million yuan, and now it seems that Conch Cement won the bid successfully.
