At present, Langxian Gaozheng Building Materials Co., Ltd., a Xizang, has built a 4000t/d cement clinker production line project in Langxian County, Nyingchi City, by means of capacity replacement in the autonomous region. Pre-examination of land use, capacity replacement, project filing, transfer of agricultural land to construction land and evaluation of "two reports and one plan" for mines have been completed.
Xizang Langxian Gaozheng Building Materials Co., Ltd. is going through the examination and approval procedures of environmental assessment and land use right transfer.
It is reported that on April 23, the Economic and Credit Office of the Xizang issued the "Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Scheme of the 4000t/d Cement Clinker Production Line Project of Xizang Langxian Gaozheng Building Materials Co., Ltd.". The
Xizang, Langxian Gaozheng Building Materials Co., Ltd., will construct a 1:1 equivalent replacement 4000t/d cement clinker production line project; the construction site is Nie Village, Dongga Town, Langxian County, Xizang Autonomous Nyingchi City; the model and quantity of the main equipment is a set of rotary kiln with a diameter of 4.6mX74m; The designed production capacity is 4000t/d cement clinker (annual output of 1.2 million tons of cement clinker); the total energy consumption is 125462t standard coal (equivalent value, excluding mining), and the total carbon dioxide emission is 1004197t. The proposed production line is constructed according to the benchmark level of energy efficiency and A-level environmental performance, and the main energy-using equipment reaches the advanced level of energy efficiency. It is expected to be put into operation in December 2026.
