Zhangzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau reported the quality supervision and spot check of ready-mixed concrete in the first half of 2025

In order to further strengthen the quality supervision and management of ready-mixed concrete and ensure the quality and safety of construction projects, according to the relevant requirements of Fujian Provincial Measures for Quality Management of Ready-mixed Concrete and other documents, recently, Zhangzhou Housing and Construction Bureau organized 18 ready-mixed concrete enterprises in 12 counties (districts) that have obtained qualifications in Zhangzhou to carry out quality supervision. And publish the results. The results

of

sampling inspection showed that 17 batches of cement, sand, fly ash and admixture, 34 batches of gravel, 12 batches of mineral powder, 8 batches of mixture, 17 batches of sand chloride ion content, 8 batches of concrete mixture chloride ion content and 8 batches of concrete test block strength were sampled from raw materials. The qualified rate is 100%. 12 projects under construction were sampled, 27 structural components were selected, and the strength of ready-mixed concrete was tested by rebound method. Among them, 5 components were unqualified in rebound, which met the requirements after coring verification according to regulations, and the qualified rate of concrete component strength was 100%. A total of 17 rectification notices were issued

in this inspection, and 77 problems were found. There are

mainly the following two problems:

01 In terms of

laboratory management, some inspected enterprises have not verified the test environment with temperature and humidity requirements and recorded the test environment; The cement mortar test molds of some inspected enterprises were not equipped with cover plates, and the cement Reiss clips and cement mortar test molds had no unique number identification; the concrete compressive and flexural test pieces in the standard curing room of some inspected enterprises had no unique identification and were not placed on the ground at will for shelf curing.

02 In terms of

production management, some inspected enterprises had the behavior of releasing out-of-gauge concrete transport vehicles out of the factory in violation of regulations; the inspection records of ready-mixed concrete delivery of some inspected enterprises did not reflect the acceptance opinions, and there was a lack of corresponding photos, delivery photos, test block identification photos and other archived data.

In view of the problems found in this inspection, the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau will urge relevant enterprises to implement their main responsibilities, strengthen quality awareness and ensure that the rectification is in place. At the same time, we will continue to strengthen the supervision of ready-mixed concrete enterprises, accelerate the application of management information system in Zhangzhou ready-mixed concrete industry, improve the efficiency and level of industry management, and promote the building materials industry to achieve green, low-carbon, safe, orderly, high-quality and sustainable development.
