The mandatory national standards to be formulated include general requirements, product identification and other basic requirements, overcharge protection, overdischarge protection, short circuit protection, overload, misoperation, drop after cycle, intelligent management and other requirements of mobile power supply, overcharge, extrusion, thermal abuse, needling and other special requirements of lithium-ion batteries, and lithium-ion batteries. Earlier in June, the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology disclosed that it had publicly solicited opinions on 17 mandatory national standard revision projects, including the Technical Specification for Mobile Power Safety, which was published from June 19 to July 18. According to reports, mobile power supply mainly includes charging treasure and outdoor power supply. In recent years, mobile power supply accidents have occurred frequently, and relevant departments have strengthened the formulation of mobile power supply standards and quality supervision. Since August 1, 2023, Charging Treasure has been officially included in the 3C compulsory certification catalogue, mainly based on GB 31241-2022 and GB 4943.1-2022. The mandatory national standard "Technical Specification for Safety of Mobile Power Supply" to be formulated is a mandatory standard specially formulated for mobile power supply, which is more targeted and will further improve the safety and quality level of mobile power supply. This standard will replace the above two mandatory standards as a new basis for CCC certification and supervision of mobile power supply.
