The Digital New Energy DataBM. Com was informed that on July 14, the Development and Reform Bureau of Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, issued a public announcement of the Rules for the Construction and Management of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Projects in Zhuji City (Draft for Opinions).
The announcement stressed that the distributed photovoltaic power generation project in the survey found that the following circumstances, the roof is not suitable for the installation of photovoltaic systems :
① the service life of more than 25 years of old residential buildings;
② Buildings whose roofs (including tiles, tile-bearing structures and roof platforms) have been out of repair for a long time and have structural and other safety risks;
③ Buildings that are planned to be demolished or abandoned within five years;
④ Buildings whose roofs face the shade as a whole or have a large area of shading around them;
⑤ Buildings with a large amount of heat and corrosive gas on the roof or around;
⑥ Buildings with the fire risk of production classified as Class A and Class B;
It should be noted that the design, consultation and installation of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects should meet the requirements of relevant national laws, regulations and technical standards. For distributed photovoltaic power generation projects above 400 kw (including 400 kw), qualified photovoltaic system design units should be responsible for the design . Distributed photovoltaic power generation projects below 400 kw are designed by distributed photovoltaic installation enterprises.
In addition, in the process of project acceptance, the announcement pointed out that for projects with unqualified acceptance and commissioning of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects, written rectification requirements were put forward, and the project investors were required to rectify within a time limit. After the rectification is completed and the re-acceptance is passed, the grid can be connected.
