On July 11, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the Corps issued an announcement (the fourth batch) on the change of peak staggering in the cement clinker production line of the Corps from 2024 to 2025 .
In order to implement the spirit of the Notice of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Further Improving the Normalized Peak-Staggered Production of Cement (No.21 [2020] of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), The Department of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region, the Department of Ecological Environment, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of the Corps and the Bureau of Ecological Environment jointly issued the Xinjiang Cement Peak-staggering Production Plan from 2024 to 2025 (Xingongxin Building Materials [2024] No.7). In accordance with the requirements of the notification, some divisions of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Bureau of Ecological Environment have requested to change the production time of enterprises due to changes in supply and demand in the regional market. After examination and verification by the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Bureau of Ecological Environment of the Corps, the list of cement clinker production enterprises that have adjusted the peak staggering production time from November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2025 is now announced.
