On March 13, the 14th China Cement Industry Summit and TOP100 Award Ceremony Technology Special Event sponsored by China Cement Network was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Lu Shoujiang, deputy general manager of Shijing Science and Technology, made a keynote report on the application of carbon capture technology and the sharing of its advantages.
Lu Shoujiang introduced the carbon capture technology of Shijing Science and Technology and its application prospects.
1. Capture CO CO. At present, there is no similar technology at home and abroad for the project to capture CO in flue gas while treating steel slag. Compared with other CO technologies, it can realize the integration of capture, utilization and storage.
2. High-efficiency composite admixture. Can be use for preparing cement, replace mixed materials, reducing that consumption of clink , improving the performance of the cement, and reducing the production cost of the cement; and can be used for preparing concrete, reducing the consumption of the cement, improving the performance of the concrete, and reducing the production cost of the concrete.
3. Non-clinker cement replacement, used to replace 32.5 cement and other grades of cement.
4. Customized cementitious materials are used in commercial concrete prefabricated products, pipe pile building materials, mine fillers, dry-mixed mortar, masonry cement, roadbed cement and other fields to improve product performance and reduce product costs.
