On November 6, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting of photovoltaic field project of 120 MW fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power station project in Zhaoan of China Power Construction New Energy Group of China Power Construction New Energy Company was issued. The tenderer is Zhaoan Juyuan New Energy Co., Ltd .
It is understood that the project is located in Sidu Town, Zhaoan County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province , with an installed capacity of 144.01 MW on the DC side and a rated capacity of 120 MW on the AC side. The bidding scope includes the preliminary formalities, survey and design, procurement, construction and installation, commissioning, test and inspection, grid connection, trial operation, project acceptance and other work involved in the completion and acceptance of the project. Details are as follows:
In terms of construction period, the total construction period of the project is planned to be 365 calendar days . The project is planned to start on December 15, 2025, start construction on December 20, 2025, the first batch of photovoltaic arrays will be connected to the grid on September 30, 2026, all photovoltaic arrays will be connected to the grid on November 30, 2026, the project will be completed and accepted on December 10, 2026, and the project will be handed over to production on December 15, 2026. In terms of
performance, the bidder is required to have the completion performance of one EPC general contracting project of 100MW or more photovoltaic power generation projects in the past five years (from January 1, 2020 to now ). The performance of the consortium tenderer shall be calculated on the basis of the performance of the respective members of the consortium. Consortium bidding is accepted
