On October 31, Chuxiong Prefecture of Yunnan Province issued the announcement of competitive allocation of the second batch of new energy projects in 2025, starting the competitive allocation of 155 MW photovoltaic projects .
According to the announcement, the market-oriented allocation will be carried out in accordance with the principles of centralized development, priority to resource-driven development and adherence to market-oriented allocation of resources, taking into account Chuxiong's own resource endowments.
The announcement shows that three photovoltaic projects are included in the scope of market-oriented resource allocation, namely, Zuiwo Qing Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, Taoshuliangzi Photovoltaic Power Generation Project and Wudingshan Photovoltaic Power Generation Project.
It should be noted that each competitive allocation declaration unit can declare one or more bidding sections according to its own situation.
Competitive profiles are available from November 3, 2025 to November 7, 2025, from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30 (excluding statutory holidays). The deadline for submission of
competitive configuration application documents is 17:30 on November 17, 2025.
