On November 6, Dike announced that its holding subsidiary, Zhejiang Suote Material Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Suote"), had sued Zhejiang Guangda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Guangda") for infringement of invention patents and claimed 200 million yuan in compensation.
The announcement shows that the court has accepted the case but has not yet held a hearing.
According to the announcement, Zhejiang Sott said that Zhejiang Guangda manufactured, sold and promised to sell a large number of photovoltaic conductive silver paste products without permission . The product has fallen into its 201180032359.
Based on this, Zhejiang Suote filed a lawsuit requesting that Zhejiang Guangda be ordered to immediately stop manufacturing, selling and promising to sell the infringing photovoltaic conductive silver paste series products, and destroy the equipment and related moulds specially used for manufacturing such products. Compensation for economic losses and reasonable rights protection costs totaled 200 million yuan .
It is worth noting that this is the second lawsuit claim around the patent .
Previously, in August 2021, Jiangsu Sote Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. (Now known as "Zhejiang Sote") had produced and sold a series of monocrystalline silicon positive silver slurry products with Changzhou Juhe. Falling under its ZL 201180032359.1 number , ZL201180032701.
