Recently, the Indonesian Red Lion has successfully passed the audit of the Indonesian B4T Certification Agency and won the national Green Industry Certification, becoming the benchmark enterprise of green manufacturing in the Indonesian cement industry.
In the context of increasingly severe global climate challenges, the Indonesian government is actively promoting the transformation of green economy, striving to achieve the goal of net zero emissions by 2060 or earlier, and is committed to building a resource-saving and environment-friendly modern industrial system. In response to this national strategy, the Indonesian Red Lion has systematically sorted out the current situation and formulated improvement plans around the core indicators of green design, clean production, efficient use of energy and resources, and environmental emission control since the establishment of green factories in early 2024. Through scientific planning and meticulous management, the company has steadily promoted various measures, successfully passed the external audit recently, and successfully won the national green factory. During the
audit, the audit team conducted a comprehensive assessment of the company's technology and management in accordance with the Green Factory Standard for Cement Industry (SIH 23941. 1:2018). The results show that the Red Lion of Indonesia is excellent in energy saving and emission reduction, resource recycling and environmental control. Relying on the low temperature waste heat power generation system, the company realized energy recovery and self-powered, which significantly reduced external energy consumption and carbon emissions. At the same time, by optimizing the process flow and improving the energy efficiency of equipment, the company actively promoted the co-disposal and resource utilization of solid waste, with remarkable results.
At present, the Indonesian Red Lion has passed ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other international management system certification, and has won many honors such as Indonesian PROPER Blue Environmental Protection Grade and Renmo Power Supply Bureau High-voltage Power Quality Customer Award. It fully demonstrates the continuous investment and practical achievements of enterprises in green manufacturing and social responsibility. The
