On November 4, China Construction West Construction Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "China Construction West Construction") and Hunan Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Construction Investment") held a signing ceremony for strategic cooperation in Changsha.
