Recently, according to the information of relevant property rights trading platform, China Resources Cement (Midu) Co., Ltd. has transferred 1300t/d cement clinker production index with a listing price of 23.4 million yuan. The 1300t/d clinker production index of the subject matter of

this project is determined according to the production capacity of Zhonghua Run Cement (Midu) Co., Ltd. in the "List of Cement Clinker Flat Glass Production Lines in Yunnan Province in 2024 issued by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Yunnan Province". According to the Notice on Issuing the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in Cement Glass Industry, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's original [2021] No.80 document is calculated by 300 days, that is, the annual capacity is 390000 tons per year .

It is reported that the capacity index of this transfer is 1300t/d in the 2300t/d cement clinker production line of China Resources Cement (Midu) Co., Ltd. The remaining 1000t/d has been used to supplement the production capacity of Line 2 of China Resources Cement (Midu) Co., Ltd., and the replacement plan of the supplementary production capacity has been submitted to the competent department of industry and information technology for review.

At the same time, according to the 1000t/d capacity replacement plan, China Resources Cement (Midu) Co., Ltd. has promised to dismantle the main rotary kiln within one month from the date of the announcement of the capacity replacement plan. If the 1300t/d capacity index transferred this time cannot complete the announcement of the capacity replacement plan before the removal of the main rotary kiln, the 1300t/d capacity index will automatically become invalid.
