Huaxin Cement 11750t/d Cement Clinker Line Project Supplementary Capacity EIA Announcement

Recently, Huaxin Cement (Huangshi) Co., Ltd. announced the EIA of 11750t/d cement clinker line project. Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. eliminated the 4500t/d cement clinker production capacity of Huaxin Cement (Henan Xinyang) Co., Ltd. in

accordance with the provisions of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement of Cement Glass Industry (2024 version) (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology original [2024] No.206). The reduced capacity of 2,250t/d will be supplemented to the existing cement clinker production line of Huaxin Cement (Huangshi) Co., Ltd. at a reduction replacement ratio of 2:1. After the implementation of this capacity replacement project, the cement clinker production capacity of Huaxin Cement (Huangshi) Co., Ltd. will be expanded from 9500t/d to 11750t/d , without changing the main production equipment and facilities of the original design cement clinker production line. The total investment of the

project is 2.1 billion yuan, including 100.62 million yuan for environmental protection, accounting for 4.79% of the total investment.

It is reported that the project has been put on record by the Development and Reform Commission of Yangxin County, Hubei Province on April 15, 2025, with the record number of 2504-420222-04-01-362816.
