The environmental impact assessment shows that the project is located on the south side of 202 National Highway on the west side of Chenqing Village, Chenqing Town, Sunwu County, Heilongjiang Province. The east side of the project is separated from the village road by houses, and the north side is G202 National Highway. Heilongjiang Chenqing Concrete Mixing Co., Ltd. rents the existing factory area for construction, with a total area of 11225. 2. A commercial cement concrete production line and a gravel production line are mainly constructed, with an annual output of 10,000m ³ of commercial cement concrete and 50,000m ³ of standard gravel.
