Fu Hongzheng, Vice President of Zhengzhou Zhenjin Refractory Technology, made the theme report of "Breakthrough in the Application of Domestic Refractories in the Key Parts of Kilns with a Daily Output of 10000 Tons".
Fu Hongzheng said that with the increase of domestic single-line production and the application of low-carbon emission, co-disposal, energy-saving and consumption-reducing technologies in the cement industry, the working conditions of cement kilns have been deteriorating, which has aggravated the damage of refractories used in cement kilns, especially in the firing zone and transition zone.
Fu Hongzheng analyzed the main reasons for the damage of refractory materials in large cement rotary kilns, including chemical erosion, thermal stress, mechanical stress and wear at high temperatures. The performance requirements of refractory bricks in the firing zone of 10000 tons kiln include excellent resistance to sulfur, chlorine, alkali and salt penetration and erosion, good adhesion of kiln skin, excellent resistance to mechanical stress and thermal stress.
Fu Hongzheng introduced that in 2019, the 10000t/d production line of Huaxin Cement Huangshi Co., Ltd., the cradle of China's cement industry, all the firing zones and transition zones adopt "real gold" brand high-grade magnesia-iron spinel bricks and high-grade magnesia-alumina spinel bricks. It is the first time to realize the localization of 10000 tons of cement production line equipment.
It is understood that the 10000t/d production line of Huaxin Cement Huangshi Co., Ltd. uses "Zhenjin" brand high-grade magnesia-iron spinel bricks at 13.8-42.8 meters of firing zone, which runs 410 days in the first cycle, 414 days in the second cycle and 344 days in the third cycle. The fourth cycle runs for 333 days from February 28, 2024 to January 28, 2025. The kiln is 13.6 to 28.6 meters in total, and the thickness of the real gold medal magnesium-iron spinel brick is 210 to 225 millimeters. It will not be replaced. It will be ignited and operated on March 4, 2025. It is expected to realize the one-time replacement of the brick in the kiln-fired belt of 10000 tons. A record of two consecutive cycles!
