After continuous operation, the key water supply facility of the circular economy construction project of Longnan Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd., a new large water supply well with a diameter of 6 meters and a depth of 16.5 meters, was successfully completed. It has laid a solid foundation for water supply in the new plant area.
As the core water source guarantee project for the production and operation of the new cement plant of Longnan Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd., the large well with a diameter of 6 meters and a scientific depth of 16.5 meters is designed to obtain abundant and stable underground water sources. The precise sealing of 20 cubic meters of concrete has installed a solid base for this "underground reservoir", which is an important milestone in the construction of the project. The bottom sealing of
large opening well is the key process with the most difficult technology and the most stringent quality requirements in well completion technology. Faced with a wide working surface with a diameter of 6 meters, the project team adopted the advanced technology of "one-time continuous pouring of underwater concrete". Through precise calculation and whole-process monitoring, it ensures that concrete flows evenly and condenses fully in deep wells, and finally forms a seamless, solid and waterproof bottom structure, which fundamentally guarantees the closure and safety of future water sources.
