According to the announcement issued by Liaoning Industry and Information Technology Office, Chaoyang Shanshui Dongxin Cement has withdrawn from a 4000t/d clinker line, and its production capacity has been transferred to Bohai Cement and Kazuo Congyuan Cement. Liaoning Shanshui Gongyuan Cement will withdraw from a 2500 t/d clinker production line, and the production capacity will be transferred to the Company and the two original production lines of Dalian Shanshui will be shut down from the date of announcement, and will be dismantled and withdrawn before December 30, 2025.
