On November 4, the second tender announcement for EPC general contracting of 50 MW agricultural photovoltaic complementary power generation project in Tongliang District of Chongqing, Datang, was issued. The tenderer is Yuneng (Group) Co., Ltd .
It is understood that the project is located in Pulu Street, Tongliang District, Chongqing , with a construction scale of 49.92 MW. The bidding scope of the project includes the preliminary design (or feasibility study optimization) of the project, the survey and design of construction drawings and the preparation of as-built drawings, including the preparation of the change report of the approved contents of the project and the obtainment of the approval documents of the competent authorities. In terms of
performance, this tender requires the bidder to have the EPC general contracting performance of two or more 50 MW (or MWp) and above mountain photovoltaic power stations completed in the past five years. In terms of
construction period, the project is planned to be from December 30, 2025 to May 30 , 2026 (the planned construction period is 150 days, including 30 calendar days of design period and 120 calendar days of construction period). Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . The time for
obtaining the bidding documents is from November 4, 2025 to 17:00 on November 18, 2025. The bid
closing time is 09:00 on November 25, 2025 .
