Digital New Energy DataBM. Com was informed that on November 4, the successful candidate for EPC general contracting of Luntai 200000 kW photovoltaic power generation project in Tarim Oilfield, Xinjiang, was announced.
According to the announcement, three enterprises were selected , namely, China Construction Fourth Bureau Installation Engineering Co., Ltd., China Petroleum (Xinjiang) Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd., and China Gezhouba Group Electric Power Co., Ltd.
Among them, China Construction Fourth Bureau Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. ranked the first candidate with a bidding price of 63.7355 million yuan, and the bidding unit price was 0.319 yuan/W . The details are as follows:
The documents show that 29 companies have purchased the bidding documents and 13 companies have actually participated in the bidding.
It is reported that the project is located in Jigedaiquele Village, Luntai County, Bazhou, Xinjiang, with a total installed capacity of 200000 kilowatts on the AC side. A 220 KV booster station and a 20 MW/40 MWh lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage station will be built, and a 5.7 km 220 KV overhead line will be connected to Lunnan 220 KV substation.
The project is planned to start on November 20, 2025, the main project will be completed on June 30, 2026 and meet the grid connection conditions, the grid connection will be completed on July 30, 2026, and the full capacity grid connection will be completed on October 30, 2026.
