Zhou Changling, General Manager of Business Department of Shandong Engineering Ceramics Institute, brought the report "Analysis of Aerogel Materials and Their Application in Cement Industry".
Zhou Changling said that a large amount of heat energy in the cylinder of the cement firing system was lost in the air in vain, reducing 1 ℃ per square meter and saving 0.027 t of standard coal per year.
Aerogel materials are usually three-dimensional porous lightweight solid materials with nano-porous structure formed by the aggregation of nano-particles and filled with gaseous dispersion medium in the nano-pores. The thermal conductivity of aerogel is 0. 012 ~ 0.024 W/ (m · K), which is 2 ~ 3 orders of magnitude lower than that of traditional thermal insulation materials. Compared with other thermal insulation materials, aerogel has the lowest thermal conductivity, the lightest weight and higher temperature resistance.
Aerogel materials are widely used in the field of thermal insulation in cement industry, which greatly reduces heat loss and plays an important role in energy saving and production cost reduction for enterprises. Taking Dongping Zhonglian as an example, the average temperature of decomposition furnace after transformation is 62 ℃, and the average temperature drop is 43 ℃.
