02 Innovative substitution of "low-carbon painting green"
Beichuan Zhonglian continuously consolidates the foundation of green manufacturing with the substitution strategy of "two-wheel drive" of raw materials and fuels. At the raw material side, enterprises actively use industrial solid waste to replace some silica-alumina materials and other raw materials, which not only reduces the calcination temperature of cement clinker , reduces energy consumption, but also reduces the generation of carbon dioxide in the process of high temperature calcination from the source, and realizes the resource utilization of industrial solid waste "turning waste into treasure". On the fuel side, through the transformation of the cement kiln combustion system, domestic waste is used as an alternative fuel to effectively replace traditional coal, further reducing the coal consumption and carbon emission intensity of products. At present, the proportion of new energy and clean energy vehicles outside the plant has reached 80%, which significantly reduces the impact of transportation on the environment.
