On October 29, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hunan Province issued the Announcement on the Replacement Plan for the Supplementary Capacity of the 5500 Tons Per Day Cement Clinker Production Line Project of Linli Jidong Cement Co., Ltd., and the 4500t/d Cement Clinker Production Line of Linli Jidong Cement Co., Ltd. The source of the capacity index is the 2000t/d clinker line of BBMG Beishui Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.

On October 29, the Hunan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued the Announcement on the Replacement Scheme of Supplementary Capacity for the 5500 Tons Cement Clinker Production Line Project of Linli Jidong Cement Co., Ltd. Linli Jidong 4500t/d cement clinker production line supplements 1000t/d production capacity, with replacement ratio of 2:1. The production capacity index is from the 2000t/d clinker production line of BBMG Beishui Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.
