At the same time, some regions started the normal peak-staggering control synchronously. In order to respond to the requirements of environmental protection and improve the inventory status, many cement enterprises have optimized the production rhythm, and a large number of clinker production lines have entered the stage of kiln shutdown.
According to the statistics of cement network APP, the peak-shifting plan of cement enterprises in some areas is as follows:
Heilongjiang: peak-shifting production will be carried out from October 25 to March 15, 2026.
Jilin: Staggered production from October 30 to March 15, 2026.
Liaoning: Staggered production from November 5 to March 15, 2026.
Xinjiang: Staggered peak and shutdown of kilns from November 1.
Inner Mongolia: Staggered production will be implemented for 5 months from November 1 to 24:00 on March 31, 2026.
Henan: Staggered peak from November 15 to March 15, 2026, 121 days in total.
Hebei: From November 1 to March 31, 2026, the annual peak staggering days are 120 days.
Chongqing: From November to December, the total number of off-peak days shall not be less than 55 days.
Fujian: Continue to implement the 15-day plan of off-peak kiln shutdown in November.
Guizhou: from October to December, the rigid shutdown of each production line shall not be less than 65 days.
