According to the People's Government of Chaisang District, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, on October 22, Pan Guang , Deputy Secretary of the District Committee and District Director, dispatched the relocation of Xinshan Cement, with the participation of Zhu Tianhua, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress.
Pan Guang and his delegation came to the new relocation site of Xinshan Cement in Yongquan Township, inspected the site leveling and project progress on the spot, understood the planning and design scheme in detail, and went to the culvert section of Hangzhou-Ruili Expressway to inspect the road construction and traffic guarantee work on the spot. At the subsequent symposium, Pan Guang listened to relevant work reports and put forward clear requirements for speeding up the relocation work.
Pan Guang stressed that we should strengthen the overall dispatch and compact the chain of responsibility. Special work classes should play a leading role, encrypt the frequency of dispatch, clarify the time nodes and division of responsibilities, and ensure that all work is vigorously promoted and implemented. We should speed up the planning and landing of the construction industry park, fulfill relevant procedures in accordance with the law and regulations, optimize the road network and infrastructure of the park synchronously, and ensure the coordinated progress of all links. Territorial and relevant departments should take the initiative to serve ahead, strengthen factor guarantee, coordinate and solve the difficulties and blockages in project promotion in a timely manner, and make every effort to promote the completion of all work on schedule.
It is understood that the overall relocation project of Jiujiang Xinshan Cement Co., Ltd. started in 2020, because it is located in the core area of Jiujiang high-speed rail New Area, it needs to be relocated to meet the urban development plan. The project plans a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4500 tons. In April
2022, a local meeting was held to schedule the progress of the overall relocation project of Jiujiang Xinshan Cement Co., Ltd.
The meeting pointed out that the overall relocation of Jiujiang Xinshan Cement Co., Ltd. is an important work of the current District Committee and the district government, an urgent need for the construction of the new high-speed rail area, and an urgent requirement for strengthening the battle of key projects and the assistance of key enterprises. The whole region should enhance its sense of urgency, responsibility and mission, firmly grasp the construction of major projects in the spirit of "can't wait, can't slow down", spare no effort to push forward the progress, and promote the early relocation, early landing, early commissioning and early effectiveness of projects.
