On July 8, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Zongyang County, Tongling City, Anhui Province, issued a letter on the approval of the environmental impact report form of the 1.6 million tons of aggregate machine-made sand project (Phase I) of Zongyang Conch Green New Materials Co., Ltd.
The project is located in the factory area of Anhui Zongyang Conch Cement Co., Ltd. with a land area of about 31 mu. The planned investment for the project is 79.5 million yuan, including 4.5 million yuan for environmental protection.
The project directly uses the crushed stone of Zongyang Conch Cement as raw material, and forms an annual production capacity of 600000 tons of aggregate and 1 million tons of machine-made sand by supporting stone crushing related production equipment .
The project construction meets the requirements of "three lines and one single" zoning management and control in Tongling City. The Development and Reform Commission of Zongyang County has put the project on record (project code: 2409-340722-04-01-497455). After earnestly implementing the pollution prevention, ecological protection and environmental risk prevention measures proposed in the Report Form, the adverse environmental impact of the
project construction can be effectively mitigated and controlled. Therefore, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Zongyang County agrees with the nature, scale, location of the construction listed in the Report Form and the environmental protection measures to be taken.
