of Bahrain Left Banner originally has a φ3.4 × 11.5m cement mill, which is equipped with ZXZG1580 medium pressure roller press. The approved annual production capacity of the enterprise is 450000 tons, which has been included in the list of restricted cement grinding production lines announced by the Office of Industry and Information Technology of the Autonomous Region. In
2024, the company completed the transformation and upgrading of the existing cement grinding system, replaced the original ZXZG1580 medium-pressure roller press with a new G1410 roller press, upgraded the combined grinding system, and the main motor power configuration was 2 × 630kw. Chifeng Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology asked our office to remove the enterprise from the restricted list of "Chifeng Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology's Request for Re-verification of the Capacity of Cement Grinding Production Line by Mengxin Cement Co., Ltd. of Bahrain Left Banner" (Chifeng Xinfa [2024] 159), which was re-verified by experts and on-site reviewers organized by our office. It is determined that the capacity of cement grinding production line of Mengxin Cement Co., Ltd. in Bahrain Left Banner is 660000 tons.
According to the Catalogue of Guidance for Industrial Structure Adjustment (2024 edition) (Decree No.29 of the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China) and the Standard for Capacity Approval of Cement Enterprises (T/CCAS007-2019), the list of cement grinding production lines of Mengxin Cement Co., Ltd. The publicity period is 5 working days from the date of publicity.
