The Digital New Energy DataBM. Com was informed that on October 29, The Natural Resources Bureau of Yao'an County, Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province, issued a pre-approval announcement on the land use planning permission of Yao'an Xiaocun Photovoltaic Power Generation Project .
According to the announcement, Yao'an Xiaocun Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is located in Dongchuan Town, Taiping Town, Guantun Town and Mixing Town of Yao'an County, with a total land area of about 2207 square meters, which is declared by Zhongguang Nuclear New Energy (Yao'an) Co., Ltd. and approved by the Natural Resources Bureau of Yao'an County, Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province.
The EIA document shows that the nature of the project is new construction , with a total investment of 198 million yuan .
The project mainly constructs 13 3MW and 1 1.2MW solar cell arrays , and uses 35kv collector lines to connect to the 35kv switchgear of Bala photovoltaic 110kV booster station. Facilities such as collector line (tower base), site road, photovoltaic array area, box-type transformer and tower will be constructed synchronously.
It is understood that the project land has been transferred to obtain the right to use state-owned construction land in October 2025. It also signed the Contract for the Assignment of the Right to Use State-owned Construction Land with the Natural Resources Bureau of Yao'an County.
