On October 31, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Xingtai City, Hebei Province, issued a public announcement on the approval of the EIA documents for the project of Hebei Hanyue Building Materials Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 400000 cubic meters of commercial concrete and the upgrading and renovation project of Yuefeng Commercial Concrete Co., Ltd. in Ningjin County. is located in the north of Xinzhai Village, Fenghuang Town, Ningjin County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province. The total investment of the project is 85 million yuan , the environmental protection investment is 8.5 million yuan, and the construction period is 12 months. The construction content and scale of the
project is to build a fully enclosed workshop with a floor height of 9.6 meters and a fully enclosed warehouse with a floor height of 14.5 meters on the leased land with a 17506 of 67 square meters (equivalent to 26.26 mu), with a total construction area of 13300 square meters. Purchase and install 25 sets of mixers, batching machines, conveyors and other equipment. The whole production process adopts totally enclosed production. After the completion of the project, the annual output of commercial concrete will be 400,000 cubic meters.
It is reported that the project has started construction , at present, Hebei Hanyue Building Materials Co., Ltd. has completed the installation of two sets of production equipment, other supporting equipment has not been installed. At present, the enterprise has stopped construction, and the Xingtai Ecological Environment Bureau has ordered it to go through the EIA formalities according to the regulations and issue the opinion of no punishment.
Ningjin County Yuefeng Commodity Concrete Co., Ltd. Upgrading and Reconstruction
Project This project is located in the west of Huangtuiyi Village, Huanmadian Town, Ningjin County, Hebei Province. The total investment of the project is 10 million yuan, of which the environmental protection investment is 500,000 yuan. The construction period is 2 months. It is a technical transformation project.
This project does not add new land, but uses the original workshop, with a total building area of 7260 square meters. A total of 13 sets (vehicles) of old commercial concrete mixers, transport vehicles, loaders and other equipment were eliminated; a total of 43 sets (vehicles) of commercial concrete mixers, transport vehicles, mineral powder silos, fixed concrete pouring platforms and other equipment were newly purchased and installed. The whole production process adopts totally enclosed production. After the completion of the project, the annual output will be 18000 cubic meters of commercial concrete and 2000 cubic meters of precast concrete.
