Building Materials Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Digital Intelligence Building Materials Research Institute, introduced that the "Xiaomiao" industrial model takes the cement plate as the "experimental field", breaks through the three core technologies of time series data and industrial mechanism integration, multi-modal scenario collaboration and decision-making fault tolerance, and is the first to be built in China. The cement batching model has been applied in batches in 66 cement enterprises of the Group, and has been extended to new materials, energy, food manufacturing and other industries. In practical application, the model has achieved remarkable results, reducing the cost of cement batching per ton by more than 1%, and helping enterprises such as Tianshan Materials to reduce costs and increase efficiency significantly.

According to reports, after more than two years of popularization and application, the "Xiaomiao" industrial model has formed a mature engineering delivery capacity. Faced with the complex working conditions of different production lines and highly differentiated equipment and process conditions, the large model has been successfully applied in nearly 100 cement enterprises in China's building materials industry. The data management cycle of a single factory has been reduced to a minimum of 14 days , the model construction and deployment time has been controlled within a minimum of 7 days, and the average return on investment cycle is about 1 year. Using AI for material genomics research, formula optimization, performance simulation and prediction will greatly shorten the research and development cycle of new materials (such as high-performance composites, special functional materials, advanced ceramics, etc.), reduce the cost of trial and error, and explore innovative paths that are difficult to find manually.
