Zhao Bin said that since the signing of the first strategic cooperation agreement between the Provincial Institute of Building Materials and the Dujiang Dam Lafarge Cement Co., Ltd. in 2018, the two sides have promoted mutually beneficial cooperation at a high level and achieved tangible results, which has promoted the high-quality development of both sides in their respective fields.
