Recently, in order to strengthen the control of the source of project quality and standardize the market order of testing institutions and ready-mixed concrete enterprises, the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has launched a special spot check on testing institutions and ready-mixed concrete enterprises. This inspection directly points to the "pain point" of the industry, and directly "shines the sword" to the problems that seriously threaten the quality of the project, such as the random adjustment of the concrete mix ratio, the fraud of the factory inspection, and the inconsistency between the inspection report and the original record.
This action broke the routine, not only randomly selected inspectors from the directory of law enforcement personnel in the region, but also invited two experts from Xi'an Testing Company to join the inspection team. Before the inspection, the plan should be carefully formulated to clarify the key points and ensure that the process is scientific, fair and efficient. The inspection team goes deep into the enterprise and carries out "penetrating" inspection on the core links of enterprise qualification compliance, personnel certification, raw material quality, standardization of production process, authenticity of test report and operation of management system.
