Conch Cement Appoints Yu Shui as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of the Company

On March 14, Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 600585, hereinafter referred to as "Conch Cement") issued an announcement on the appointment of general counsel and chief compliance officer.

The announcement said that on March 14, 2025, the Conch Cement Board of Directors considered and approved the Bill on the Appointment of General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. According to the recommendation of the remuneration and nomination committee of the board of directors of Conch Cement, the board unanimously agreed to appoint Yu Shui as the general counsel and chief compliance officer of the company.

Yu Shui, born in October 1976, is an assistant economist. Mr. Yu graduated from Anhui University. He joined Conch Cement in 1997 and has successively served as deputy director of the sales control center, assistant to the director, deputy director, executive deputy director and director of the sales department of Conch Cement, and executive deputy general manager of Bengbu Conch Cement Co., Ltd., Huainan Conch Cement Co., Ltd. and Anhui Changfeng Conch Cement Co., Ltd. General Manager of Conch Cement Co., Ltd. in South Kalimantan, Indonesia, Assistant to General Manager of Conch Cement, etc. Yu Shui also serves as an executive director, deputy general manager and secretary to the board of directors of Conch Cement.
