G2531 Hangzhou-Shangrao Expressway (Hangzhou-Chunkai Expressway) Hangzhou Central Ring to Zhejiang-Jiangxi Boundary (Quzhou Section)
G2531 The starting point of Hangzhou-Shangrao Expressway (Hangzhou-Chunkai Expressway) is located at the junction of Fenkou Town, Chun'an County, Hangzhou City, and Daxibian Township, Kaihua County, Quzhou City (the starting point pile number is K184 + 572.869). The terminal point is located at the Zhejiang-Jiangxi Provincial Boundary on the southwest side of Jieshou Village, Suzhuang Town, Kaihua County (the terminal pile number is K245 + 694.097), which is connected with the Zhejiang-Jiangxi Boundary to Dexing Section of the proposed Hangzhou-Shangrao Expressway in Jiangxi Province, with a total length of about 61. Among them, the Changhong Interchange Connection Line is 2.480 kilometers long, and the Suzhuang Interchange Connection Line is 0. The estimated total investment of this project is about 13.650 billion yuan, of which the construction and installation cost is 95.
The main line of this project is equipped with 37 bridges 11605 meters (including the main line bridge of the interchange, including 2 super-large bridges of 2240 meters). 8843m/27 large bridges and 523m/8 medium and small bridges). There are 16 tunnels with a 28241 of meters (including 3 extra-long tunnels with a 10831 of meters (Chunkai Tunnel with a total length of 3217 meters, Quzhou Section with a length of 3055 meters and Hangzhou Section with a length of 162 meters), 8 long tunnels with a 14291 of meters, 3 medium tunnels with a length of 2393 meters and 2 short tunnels with a length of 726 meters). There is one hub-type interchange (Yinkeng Hub crosses the Huangqu South Operating Expressway with the crossing pile number of K210 + 746) and five general interchanges. One monitoring and communication sub-center, one maintenance work area, five ramp toll stations, one service area, one parking area, two bridge and tunnel monitoring and communication stations, and necessary auxiliary traffic management rooms and facilities. The main line of this
project adopts the standard of two-way four-lane expressway issued by the Ministry of Highway Engineering Technical Standards (JTGB01-2014). The design speed is 100 km/H, the integral roadbed width is 26 meters, the separated roadbed width is 2 * 13 meters, the interchange connection line is constructed according to the standard of two-way two-lane second-class highway, the design speed is 40 km/H, the roadbed width is 10. Other technical indicators shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant current national and industrial standards and specifications.
Bidding Scope and Bid Section Division
There are 5 bid sections in the civil construction bidding of this project, namely, bid sections TJ01 ~ TJ05;
Lot TJ01: the starting and ending chainage of the main line is K184 + 572.869 ~ K199 + 800, and the length of the line is about 15.23 km. The main work content is the subgrade and pavement within the scope of the stake number of the bid section (TJ01 to TJ02 (stake number K184 + 572.869 ~ K209 + 192.5, with a length of about 24. Bid Section TJ02: the starting and ending chainage of the main line: K199 + 800 ~ K209 + 192.5, the length of the line is about 9. The estimated cost of construction and installation is about 14.
Main structures of the bid section: about 3511.75 m/2.5 tunnels, Among them, there are 2.5 long tunnels (1130m for Huangmaoshan Tunnel, 1673.5m for Gaoshanding Tunnel, 1416.5m for Shangcheng Tunnel, and 708.25m for 1/2 of TJ02 Section); Bridge 2216.
Bid section TJ03: starting and ending chainage of the main line: K209 + 192.5 ~ K220 + 127, the route length is about 10. The estimated construction and installation cost is about 15.
Main structures of the bid section: 5766m/3 tunnels, Among them, there are one extra-long tunnel (Caomen Tunnel 3067m), one long tunnel (Shangcheng Tunnel with a total length of 1416.5m, 1/2 of TJ03 Bid Section is implemented, i.e. 708.25m), and one Daowoyuan Tunnel with a total length of 2716.5m. 1/2 (1358.25m) of TJ03 bid section and 1 Zhongcun tunnel (632.5m); Section TJ04 of Bridge 2698
