Huang Pu was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and removed from the post of Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of China Power Construction Group Co., Ltd.
Chen Yong was appointed to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and no longer served as the chief accountant of China Chengtong Holding Group Co., Ltd.
Chen Guanfu was appointed to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China Power Construction Group Co., Ltd. Established on September 29, 2011,

China Power Construction Group Co., Ltd. is approved by the State Council. In September 2011, it was reorganized on the basis of 14 provincial (regional and municipal) survey, design, construction and equipment repair enterprises affiliated to the former China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Construction Group Corporation, China Hydropower Engineering Consulting Group Corporation, State Grid Corporation of China and China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. into a comprehensive super-large central enterprise with transnational operation. Power Construction Corporation of China, formerly Sinohydro Corporation Limited, was jointly established by Sinohydro Corporation and Sinohydro Engineering Consulting Corporation on November 30, 2009, and listed on the main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011.

From July 2020 to July 2025, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of China Power Construction Group Corporation. Chen Yong, male, born in March 1971, is a senior accountant and an executive MBA. He was the director, deputy general manager and chief financial officer of CSR Ziyang Locomotive Co., Ltd. He served as the deputy director, deputy head and head of the audit and risk management department of CSR Corporation Limited, and the head of the finance department and the head of the financial management department of CRRC Corporation Limited. Later, he served as a member of the Party Committee and chief accountant of China Chengtong Holding Group Co., Ltd. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd.
Chen Guanfu, male, born in January 1974 in Jiangxi Province, China, is a doctor of Tsinghua University and a professor-level senior engineer. From September 1992 to June 1999, he studied in Wuhan University of Hydraulic and Electric Engineering (now Water Conservancy and Hydropower College of Wuhan University), majoring in water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, and successively obtained bachelor's degree and master's degree in engineering. In 1999, he studied in the Department of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering of Tsinghua University, majoring in hydraulic structure engineering, and his tutor was Academician Zhang Chuhan. He was the deputy general manager of China Hydropower Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd. and the general manager of China Hydropower International Engineering Co., Ltd. In 2021, he was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director and General Manager of China Power Construction Group International Engineering Co., Ltd. In November 2023, he was appointed Party Secretary and Chairman of Power Construction Corporation International Engineering Co., Ltd.
