Due to job changes, Shi Jiachao submitted a request to resign as director and deputy general manager.
According to relevant regulations, Shi Jiachao's resignation report will take effect when it is delivered to the board of directors of Aerospace Mechatronics. After resigning from the above positions, Shi Jiachao will not work in the company and its holding subsidiaries.
According to the annual report of Aerospace Photovoltaic in 2024, the company's new energy photovoltaic industry is mainly engaged in technology research and development, manufacturing and sales of polycrystalline ingots and components. It also holds and operates about 350MW domestic photovoltaic power plants and 4.8MW overseas photovoltaic power plants, and currently has the production capacity of 1GW/year silicon wafers and 4.9GW/year modules.
