Sun Zhiyu and his delegation inspected the key construction parts such as No.14 adit and No.15 shaft of the 7th Bid Project of the Yangtze River Diversion Project, and listened in detail to the work reports on the progress of the project construction, performance management, safety production and technical research. He asked all parties involved in the construction to further improve their political standing, enhance their sense of responsibility and urgency, systematically summarize and improve the excellent construction technical measures such as "long-distance high-pressure grouting" formed in the construction of the water-rich tunnel section, actively explore new technologies and new paths, and make every effort to break through the technical bottleneck; it is necessary to continuously optimize the construction organization, strengthen the overall planning of resources, consolidate the site management, and constantly improve the quality and effectiveness of project performance; We should further consolidate the main responsibility, co-ordinate internal resources, consolidate existing achievements, strictly control safety, quality and progress, make every effort to achieve high-quality and efficient performance, and strive to build the project into a benchmark project with excellent quality and leading technology. At the subsequent project performance supervision and "three special rectification actions" inspection briefing, Tan Hua put forward four requirements: First, further improve the position, take "risk prevention, security and stability" as the top priority, carry out "zero accident month", "thunder action" and "three special rectification" actions, and make every effort to ensure the quality and effectiveness of project performance. Secondly, we should further strengthen the "penetrating" management of the site, pay close attention to the management and control of major safety risks and the investigation and remediation of hidden dangers of major accidents, ensure that the objectives and tasks of project safety, quality and environmental protection are achieved on schedule, and build a high-quality model project in an all-round way. Thirdly, we should further strengthen the allocation of resources, strengthen the management of construction organization, optimize the organizational structure and overall construction schedule, strengthen technical support and construction scheme demonstration, and constantly improve the lean management level of the project. Fourthly, we should further adhere to the leadership of Party building, set up a vanguard of Party members and a technical team to tackle key problems, and form a labor competition atmosphere of "catching up with others by learning", so as to ensure high-quality performance of projects with high-quality Party building.
