Chinese Enterprise Laos 50 MW Photovoltaic Project Starts!

On October 25, the commencement ceremony of Laos Kaiyuan Renjiang New Energy (50 MW PV ) Project was solemnly held.

It is reported that Laos Kaiyuan Renjiang New Energy Project is invested and constructed by Jiangxi Renjiang Science and Technology Co., Ltd. with an installed capacity of 50 MW , which is the core energy supporting project of Laos Kaiyuan Circular Economy Industrial Park. The project is expected to be connected to the grid in January 2026. After the project is put into operation, the annual average power generation can reach 60 million degrees. Through the mode of "self-use, surplus electricity access to the grid", it can provide stable green power for the production of the park, save about 20,000 tons of standard coal annually, and reduce about 50,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
