On October 31, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Henan Province issued a public announcement on the supplementary capacity replacement scheme for the second phase of Jiaozuo Qianye Cement Co., Ltd. The publicity time is from October 31, 2025 to November 13, 2025 (10 working days).

The announcement shows that the second phase 4500t/d cement clinker production line project of Jiaozuo Qianye Cement Co., Ltd. has a supplementary capacity of 500t/d, which comes from the 1000t/d clinker production line of Jiaozu o Zhongjing Cement Co., Ltd. with a replacement ratio of 2:1. After replenishment, the capacity is 5000t/d.
