Faced with the demand for centralized shipment of 10000-ton orders, tight time and heavy tasks, all departments of the company work together to coordinate the allocation of production, logistics, ports and other resources, the production department completes the preparation of customized t on-pack cement ahead of schedule, the quality control department strictly controls the quality barriers, and the sales department establishes a special docking mechanism with ports and customers. Rapid customs clearance and shipment were achieved, exceeding the planned loading rate by 57%, and the shipment task was successfully completed.
