Yao Chengfu believes that the efficiency of any industry is not good, the income of employees can not be guaranteed, the government has no tax revenue, the industry has no investment in technological transformation, the industry is over, reasonable profits are the key to the sound development of the industry, industry competition should be orderly.

Yao Chengfu pointed out that in the development of the industry, first, we must stabilize the basic situation, implement the existing policies, such as peak staggering production, and safeguard the interests of the industry. Second, we should remove production capacity, but there is no corresponding industrial policy support to guide the industry to withdraw from production capacity in an orderly manner, so it is difficult to remove production capacity.

Yao Chengfu also believes that at present, enterprises in the industry have not adjusted their mentality well. In the downward period of the market, they focus on the gains and losses of their own market, but they are not fully aware of the downward trend of the whole market. Enterprises in the industry should adjust their mentality and think more about others.
