The content shows that the company held the tenth interim meeting of the tenth board of directors on October 28, 2025, and considered and adopted the Bill on the Election of Non-independent Directors of the Tenth Board of Directors of the Company. Upon review by the Nomination Committee of the Board, the Board agreed to nominate Mr. Zhang Yuming as a candidate for non-independent director of the tenth session of the Board of the Company.
