On October 29, Datang Power announced that the sixth board of directors of the twelfth session of the company was held on October 28.
The announcement shows that the meeting of Datang Power Generation considered and approved the Bill on the Election of the Chairman of the Twelfth Board of Directors of the Company, and agreed that Li Xiaofei would be the Chairman of the Twelfth Board of Directors of the Company, whose term of office would be from the date of the election of the Board of Directors to the end of the term of the Twelfth Board of Directors. Li Kai is no longer the chairman of the twelfth board of directors of the company.
This year's quarterly report shows that Datang Power Generation achieved revenue of 89.345 billion yuan from January to September, down 1.82% year-on-year, and net profit of 6.712 billion yuan, up 51.48% year-on-year. In the first three quarters of
this year, the Company and its subsidiaries achieved a total of approximately 206.241 billion kWh of on-grid electricity, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 2.02%. Among them , photovoltaic on-grid electricity is about 6.0158 billion kWh , an increase of 36.76% over the same period last year.
By the end of September, the installed photovoltaic capacity of Datang Power Generation was 6.49 GW , of which the newly installed capacity in the third quarter of this year was 4.819 MW .

He served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Datang Xinjiang Power Generation Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union of China Datang Group Coal Co., Ltd., and was later promoted to General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the company.
