On October 27, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China announced the research project of the 2025 Industrial Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction Standard from October 28 to November 3, 2025. Three of them involve the cement industry.

Three of them are related to the cement industry , namely, the technical requirements for energy saving of kiln grinding system in cement industry, the technical evaluation requirements for energy saving and carbon reduction in cement industry, and the implementation guidelines for greenhouse gas management system in building materials enterprises.

Huanggang Yadong Cement Phase II Clinker Project Sprint Trial Production in July

As an important supporting project for the upgrading of green building materials industry in Wuxue City, the second phase of Huanggang Yadong Cement Project, with a total investment of 3.25 billion yuan, started construction in December 2025. The project adds 315 mu of land with a construction area of 300000 square meters, and is expected to enter the trial production stage smoothly in July this year.
