Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province officially released the "Green Manufacturing List of Guangdong Province in 2025", and Jiaoling Branch of Guangdong Tapai Group Co., Ltd. was successfully selected as the "Green Factory" list, which indicates that the company is in the forefront of the province in green manufacturing and sustainable development.
It is reported that the selection aims to implement the strategic plan of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on promoting green development, further strengthen the construction of green manufacturing and service system in Guangdong Province, and give full play to the leading role of green factories in the green and low-carbon transformation of manufacturing industry. After voluntary declaration, expert evaluation and publicity, 211 enterprises were finally identified as green factories in Guangdong Province in 2025.
Capacity integration and process upgrading to build a "super cement base". Through resource integration, Jiaoling Branch has built two 10000 t/d new dry process cement clinker production lines, equipped with 2 × 20 MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation system, with an annual capacity of 6 million tons of clinker and 7.45 million tons of cement. It is equivalent to 5.8 times of the average production capacity of a single enterprise in China's cement industry (about 1.2 million tons), and the technological level is leading in the country. The construction of
green energy system helps to achieve the goal of "double carbon". Jiaoling Branch vigorously promotes the application of clean energy, and has built a 29.79 MW photovoltaic power generation system with an annual power generation capacity of more than 29 million kWh, and equipped with a 20 MW/40 MWh energy storage system. Combined with the waste heat power generation project, the proportion of self-generated electricity will reach more than 30% in 2024, laying a solid foundation for the construction of zero-carbon plants.
Solid waste resource utilization, to achieve environmental and economic win-win. Actively practice the resource utilization of hazardous wastes, dispose of more than 50000 tons of aluminium ash annually, and produce "aluminium corrector for cement production" to replace high-bauxite resources. A technical renovation project for comprehensive utilization of 300000 tons/year cement dense silicon aluminum iron solid waste instead of raw material (fuel) resources has been completed, with an annual comprehensive utilization of 200000 tons of hazardous waste and 100000 tons of RDF fuel, effectively alleviating the shortage of resources and environmental pollution.
Intelligent energy management, building a green manufacturing digital base. An integrated energy monitoring system of "decentralized collection and control-centralized management and dispatch-intelligent prediction and optimization" is constructed, which realizes real-time collection and analysis of energy data in the whole process through digital platform, optimizes energy dispatch and equipment energy efficiency relying on industrial Internet technology, and provides data support for carbon footprint accounting and clean energy substitution.
